In this episode we hear stories from Jessie Lucas on leaving a troubled marriage, seeming to take on the impossible and succeeding, getting curious about better ways to stay healthy for longer, and inspiration from Dolly Parton. 

Jessie is versed in the worlds of yoga & fitness. She believes that the two domains have an intricate interplay and she enjoys facilitating a bridge between the mindful movement world of yoga and the practical field of fitness. Jessie brings to the table a personal touch, a depth of knowledge, and a keen intuition about movement and the human body.

Jessie has always believed the power of true health lies within if we can simply crack the code. These days she is most excited to work in the exciting and emerging field of nutrigenomics helping folks to slow the ageing of their cells!

A wide-eyed entrepreneur, a mom of 2+2, and lover of sunshine & ocean...Jessie is also a certified Kripalu and Vinyasa yoga instructor, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America personal trainer and a group fitness trainer. She has trained in the Michael Sitzer technique of Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has completed the Shambhala Path of the Warrior meditation intensives. Jessie also has a Masters degree in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College. She has worked professionally in the movement world since 2003 as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and bodyworker.
